Yoga at Tradesmen’s
Flexibility is key to good rowing technique (as well as general health and wellbeing).
That’s why every Tuesday from 7-8pm we run an open session* specially developed for rowers, run by Roxie, a fully trained instructor.
The cost is just £5 a session (Roxie even provides the mats etc.)

Kettle Balls Training at TTRC
Core stability, strength and flexibility are all critical aspects of rowing. Kettle bells training powerfully combines all three at the same time.
